Subsurface Exploration, Geologic Hazard, and <br /> Boardwalk Condominium, Building C Geotechnical Engineering Report <br /> Everett, Washington Project and Site Conditions <br /> 4.2 Hydrology <br /> Ground water seepage was encountered in our exploration boring at a depth of approximately <br /> 14 feet at the time of our field study in August 2012. This depth corresponds approximately <br /> with the elevation of Beverly Lake. It should be noted that fluctuations in the level of the <br /> ground water may occur due to the time of the year, variations in the amount of precipitation, <br /> and changes in site development.
