(AESI) is pleased to present the results of our additional <br /> subsurface exploration at the subject site Iocated at 615 75' Street SE in Everett, Washington <br /> (Figure 1). This study has been prepared for the exclusive use of the Boardwalk Condominium <br /> Association, and their agents, for specific application to this project. Within the limitations of <br /> scope and schedule, our services have been performed in accordance with generally accepted <br /> geotechnical engineering practices in effect in this area at the time our study was prepared. No <br /> other warranty, express or implied, is made. <br /> The additional subsurface exploration was performed at the request of the Condominium <br /> Association following AESI's. "Subsurface Exploration, Geologic Hazard, and Geotechnical <br /> Engineering Report" for the project dated September 12, 2012. <br /> SITE AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The project site is located at the east; west, and north sides of Building C within the Boardwalk <br /> Condominium complex (Figure 2, "Site and Exploration Plan"). The topography around the <br /> greater area of the condominium complex slopes down to the north toward the southern . <br /> shoreline of Beverly Lake at moderate grades. The topography at the northwest corner of <br /> Building C.slopes steeply down to the shoreline from the northern edge of Building C where a <br /> rockery is located. A separate rockery is located adjacent at the northeast corner of <br /> Building C. The rockeries are about 10 feet tall with the top of the rockeries located as close <br /> as 5 to 10 feet from the building foundations. at those locations.
