Please note the <br /> following comments/corrections for Planning in regard to the revised plan set/proposal: <br /> 1. The revised plans need to clearly note the roof pitch and, if proposed to match the residence, clearly labeled as <br /> such. (The note originally included on the approved plan set has been removed.)These details must be noted on <br /> the plans by you or the property owner prior to approval/issuance. <br /> 2. A base elevation and height survey are required; I have linked the building height handout, including the <br /> necessary survey forms, below.The base elevation survey is required prior to issuance/approval of the revised <br /> plans and the height survey will be required at time of framing. The height calculations provided on the revised <br /> plans did not include the.33'specified for midpoint A into the average base elevation calculation; when factored <br /> in it brings the average base elevation to 94.58'with a maximum height of 109.58'. The proposed height of <br /> 108.63'is within 1'of the maximum allowed, triggering the survey forms. <br /> Building Height Handout <br /> Upon submission of the requested revisions your application will be given priority and plan review will resume.
