The installation was performed by R&R Foundation Specialist, certified installers
for Piertech products using a RS-6 drive head.
The maximum axial load requirement for this project is 9,000 lbs working load (18,000 lbs
ultimate). The anchors were driven to depths of 11 —13 feet with a minimum installation pressure
of 1,900 psi. This results in an ultimate axial capacity of 46,170 lbs, exceeding the required
ultimate load per the design documents.
Summary
Based on my special inspection and structural observation, the helical anchors were installed
Ce according to the engineering design load requirements and according to IBC Chapter 17.
/ i
Please give our office a call if you have any questions or need further assistance.
0 ' $0Regards,
\ ly R---4 (b5t ,f, VaL Wily
,......,!,?(„ovt_ wAs..„4„Aea.,,,,,
Daniel Stark, P.E. z Qy azi
Stark Foundations, Inc.
