This survey purpose is to identify Asbestos Containing <br /> Materials that are present and will require professional removal prior to demolition. <br /> Note: Samples of suspect Asbestos Containing Materials were taken and analyzed for the presence of asbestos. <br /> THERE WAS NO ASBESTOS DETECTED IN ANY OF THE SAMPLES TAKEN,If there is any additional suspect ACM <br /> located prior to or during demolition(such as,but not limited to,those materials listed on the last page of this <br /> report),that was not discovered in this survey,the material(s)must be Presumed Asbestos Containing Material <br /> unless tested otherwise by laboratory analysis. <br /> NARRATIVE OF FINDINGS <br /> BASIC CONSTRUCTION: The house is a single-story wood frame on a post and beam <br /> foundation. The siding is metal. No siding vapor barrier materials were located with the house. <br /> The roofmg is composition. The composition roofmg materials were sampled. <br /> INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION, FINISHES, AN FLOORINGS: The interior is drywall <br /> and wood. The drywall and taping materials were sampled. The vinyl flooring materials with the <br /> relating backing and mastics were sampled. The misc. mastic materials were also sampled. <br /> INSULATION: The insulation is was sampled. <br /> continue to page 2 <br />
