(see <br /> photo) <br /> Details:There are signs that the details of roof are in need of attention.Items such as caulking along termination points,filling <br /> pitch pans,and minor repairs to flashing need to be done.A comprehensive preventive maintenance program is suggested at this <br /> point to insure that the roof continues to perform at acceptable levels. <br /> Drainage:The roof currently drains at acceptable levels.There are indications that drainage can become impaired if proper house <br /> keeping measures are not put in place.This would include gutter and downspout cleaning,straining basket cleaning,etc. <br /> Insulation:The current,roof assembly did not utilize roof insulation. <br /> Deck:The structural deck of the roof appears to be in good condition,however,due to moisture in the roof system,there is a <br /> possibility that there will be a need for deck repair or,replacement in some areas. <br /> Comments:Two areas that need spot deck replacement.Estimated deck replacement should not exceed 6 sheets of deck Estimated <br /> roof life expectancy totals 2-3 years with inspections for maintenance every year as this time elapses. <br /> CITY OF EVERETT" <br /> REVIEWED FOR PERMIT <br /> Centitytark:Confidertia-I Version 255272.1:12 O� <br />
