RECESS THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> Reconvene in a Special meeting as Board of Directors of the Everett Transportation <br /> Benefit District. <br /> • Call to Order <br /> • Roll Call <br /> • Items for Consideration: <br /> (1)Adopt Everett Transportation Benefit District Resolution No, 1 approving the Charter of the <br /> Everett Transportation Benefit District. <br /> (2) Adopt Everett Transportation Benefit District Resolution No, 2 approving the By-Laws of the <br /> Everett Transportation Benefit District. <br /> Adjourn as Board of Directors of the Everett Transportation Benefit District. <br /> RECONVENE THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> (10) Award Bid 2014-059 for a Regenerative Air-Vacuum Street Sweeper to Enviro-Clean <br /> Equipment in the amount of $237.952.26 including Washington State Sales Tax. <br /> (11) Adopt Resolution authorizing the recovery of abatement costs pursuant to EMC 1.20.090 at <br /> 1101 E.
