RESOLUTION No. 001 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE EVERETT TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT DISTRICT <br /> APPROVING THE CHARTER OF THE,EVERETT TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT <br /> DISTRICT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett adopted Ordinance No. 3386-14 on June 18,2014, authorizing <br /> the establishing of the Everett Transportation Benefit District pursuant to chapter 36.73, and <br /> WHEREAS,the Board of the Everett Transportation Benefit District finds that it would promote <br /> the orderly conduct of business to adopt a charter. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Charter of the Everett Transportation Benefit <br /> District in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby approved and adopted. <br /> President of the Board • <br /> Attest: <br /> Vice President of the Board <br /> Passed and approved this day of 2014. <br /> 38 <br />
