RESOLUTION No. 002 <br /> ARESOLUTION OF THE EVERETT TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT DISTRICT <br /> APPROVING TH Fl BYLAWS OF THE EVERETT TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT DISTRICT <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett adopted OrdinanceNo.3386-14 onJune 18,2014, authorizing the <br /> establishment ofthe Everett Transportation Benefit District pursuant to chapter 36.73 RCW, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board ofthe Everett Transportation Benefit District adopted Resolution No.001 <br /> approving the Charter of the Everett Transportation Benefit District, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Charter ofthe Everett Transportation Benefit District requires the adoption of <br /> Bylaws, and it would promote the orderly transaction of business to do so, <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Bylaws ofthe Everett Transportation Benefit <br /> District in the form attached here to asExhibitAisherebyapprovedand adopted. <br /> President of the Board <br /> Attest: <br /> Vice President of the Board <br /> Passed and approved this day of 2014. <br /> 48 <br />
