Amendment#2 <br /> will provide project permitting and construction administration support and extend the professional services <br /> contract through December 31st, 2015. The current Professional Services Agreement expires December 31, <br /> 2014. Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2015. The total project budget is $600,000, design <br /> ($90,000) and construction ($510,000). This amendment is for an additional $33,680 in design costs to bring <br /> the PSA total to $74,610. <br /> Further, the decommissioning project is now ready for construction bids. This project will safely <br /> decommission the original tunnel penetrating the Lake Chaplain South Dam. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. <br /> 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Gray and Osborne for additional project support services in <br /> the amount of$33,680.00, and Authorize Call for Construction Bids for the Lake Chaplain South Dam <br /> Tunnel Decommissioning Project. <br /> 13 <br />
