• ACTION ITEMS: (10) Authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement with Village Theatre for management ►t, of the Everett Performing Arts Center and presentation of theatrical productions through August 31, 2018, in the amount of $287,534.12 for the first year, with annual adjustments based on Consumer Price Index. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Agreement formalizing the Everett Police Department's participation in the Seattle Regional Maritime Threat Response Group, at no cost to the city. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign Land Use License No. 60-NW1308 with the Washington State Department of Natural Resources. (13) CB 1408-40 —3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance relating to Utility Fire Service Connection, amending Section 48 of Ord.1237-86. (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with CNJA Architects for the Fire Administration Complex- Building Improvements Project in the amount of$12,949.00. (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement with Providence Regional Medical Center Everett for the provision of clinical education to Everett Fire Department Emergency Medical Service (EMS) providers.
