These improvements,now completed,included the following enhancements: • Sidewalk improvements between 25th Street and the Terminal Avenue Overcrossing • Bicycle and pedestrian path improvements north of 10th Street to the Alverson bridge • ADA improvements to pedestrian curb ramps throughout the project area The funding sources for the project were as follows: Federal Grant—STPE 2799 (001) $ 386,029 Federal Grant—P&BSP 2799 (001) 337,263 Federal Grant—2010 Jobs 183,816 WSDOT Agreement 17,087 Fund 119—Street Improvements 226,204 Total $1,150,399 RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Approve the proposed ordinance closing a special improvement project entitled"West Marine View Drive Non-Motorized Improvements",Fund 303,Program 075, as established by Ordinance No. 3177-10. 1
