k Kyr <br /> 3 v Y <br /> 2 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project <br /> entitled, "Everett Mall Way Traffic Signal Safety <br /> Enhancement," Fund 303,Program 083, as established by <br /> Ordinance No. 3130-09 <br /> WHEREAS,the special improvement project entitled"Everett Mall Way Traffic Signal Safety <br /> Enhancement"Fund 303,Program 083, was established to provide identified improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been abandoned; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled"Everett Mall Way Traffic Signal Safety <br /> Enhancement"Fund 303, Program 083,as established by Ordinance No. 3130-09,be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "Everett Mall Way Traffic Signal Safety <br /> Enhancement"Fund 303,Program 083, are as follows: <br /> A.
