(1) Award 2013 Storm water Facility Access Retrofit Phase II Project contract to the lowest responsive bidder,Taylors Excavators, Inc in the amount of $354,375.84, including Washington State Sales Tax. CONSENT ITEMS: (2) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,206,599.97 for the period of August 30, 2014 through September 5, 2014. (3) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $3,488,862.15 for the period ending August 23, 2014. (4) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $5,961,202.04 for the period of July 1, 2014 through July 31, 2014. ACTION ITEMS: (5) In accordance with EMC 13.16.110, grant a variance from EMC 13.16.050(F) to allow the owners of 3514 Wetmore Avenue, Michael and Terri Brashler, to construct a new driveway with access to Wetmore Avenue. (6) Waive immaterial irregularity and Award the construction contract and Authorize the Mayor to Sign the Construction Contract with KLB Construction Inc. for the E. Grand Avenue Sewer System Replacement and Storm water Separation Project, Phase 1 Project in the amount of $5,943,492.36, including Washington State sales tax. (7) CB 1408-42- 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing a Special Improvement Project entitled"West Marine View Drive Non-Motorized Improvements", Fund 303, Program 075, as established by Ordinance No. 3177-10.
