Index Floating Rate means the LIBOR Index Rate or the SIFMA Index Rate, as <br /> applicable. <br /> Index Floating Rate Bonds means Bonds bearing interest at an Index Floating Rate. <br /> Index Floating Rate Conversion Date means each date on which (a)the then current <br /> Index Floating Rate Period is changed to a new Index Floating Rate Period pursuant to Section <br /> 2.03(g) or (b) the day on which the interest rate on the Bonds is converted to the Index Floating <br /> Rate. <br /> Index Floating Rate Period means a SIFMA Index Rate Period or a LIBOR Rate Period. <br /> Initial Period means the initial SIFMA Index Rate Period commencing on the Closing <br /> Date and ending on the date established by the Underwriter as provided in Section 2.03(b)(I). <br /> Interest Payment Date means; <br /> (a) with respect to Index Floating Rate Bonds and Variable Rate Bonds, except as <br /> otherwise specified in the Bond Purchase Contract for the Tnitial Period,the first Business Day of <br /> each month and any day that is a Conversion Date for such Index Floating Rate Bonds or <br /> Variable Rate Bonds, other than a Conversion Date between the Daily Interest Period and the <br /> Weekly Interest Period; <br /> (b) with respect to Short-Term Rate Bonds,the first Business Day after the last day of <br /> each Short-Term Rate Period and any day that is a Conversion Date for such Short-Term Rate <br /> Bonds; <br /> (c) with respect to Long-Term Rate Bonds, each Payment Date and any day that is a <br /> Conversion Date for such Long-Term Rate Bonds; <br /> (d) with respect to Fixed Rate Bonds, each Payment Date; <br /> (e) the Maturity Date for the Bonds; and <br /> -9- P:120287_CMVN20287_AMT 09/16/14 <br />
