The ordinance <br /> intended to allow the City to monitor the impacts of recreational marijuana <br /> a with businesses eati fore establishing <br /> marijuana <br /> more permanent regulations. To date,the City has very limited experience <br /> businesses. Only one business has been approved in the city and it is noyet <br /> eopen <br /> for <br /> of business. <br /> In addition to <br /> this limited experience,there has been litigation over other municipalities' <br /> businesses, and there may be action in the upcoming State legislative 116 sion tConmo mge ar has the <br /> ecreatinended that <br /> al <br /> marijuana and medical marijuana regulations.
