(10) Accept the Evergreen Way and Pecks Drive Intersection Safety Project as complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Faber Construction. ACTION ITEMS: (11) Award Bid 2014-056 for Rebuild Cummins Engines to Cummins Northwest and Valley Freightliner in the estimated amount of $333,000.00 including Washington State Sales Tax. (12) Award Bid 2014-093 for an annual supply of sodium hypochiorite to Olin Corporation for an estimated annual total of $229,324.08 including Washington State Sales Tax. (13) Award Bid 2014-094 for an annual supply of water treatment chemicals to the lowest responsive bidders at their unit prices bid as designated. (14) Authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement for jail services with Yakima County in the form substantially as provided. (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. One to the Professional Services Agreement with SvR Design Company for Senator Henry M. Jackson Park Phase One design and construction services, at no additional cost to the city. (16) Authorize the Mayor to sign the License Agreements with Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Company (BNSF) for work associated with East Grand Avenue Sewer System Replacement and Stormwater Separation Project, Phase 1. (17) Authorize the Mayor to sign the contract amendments to the aforementioned Public Works Trust Fund Loans.
