(9) Authorize the closure of Colby Avenue. 24th to 25th Street, for a Trunk or Treat Event on <br />October 31, 2014, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., sponsored by Everett High School. <br />(10) Accept the Evergreen Way and Pecks Drive Intersection Safety Project as complete and <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Faber Construction. <br />ACTION ITEMS: <br />(11) Award Bid 2014-056 for Rebuild Cummins Engines to Cummins Northwest and Valley <br />Freightliner in the estimated amount of $333,000.00 including Washington State Sales Tax. <br />(12) Award Bid 2014-093 for an annual supply of sodium hypochiorite to Olin Corporation for an <br />estimated annual total of $229,324.08 including Washington State Sales Tax. <br />(13) Award Bid 2014-094 for an annual supply of water treatment chemicals to the lowest <br />responsive bidders at their unit prices bid as designated. <br />(14) Authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement for jail services with Yakima County in the <br />form substantially as provided. <br />(15) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. One to the Professional Services Agreement <br />with SvR Design Company for Senator Henry M.
