(1) Adopt Resolution relating to Touchstone Hotel Project PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: (2) CB 1410-48 — 2nd Reading- Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1671- 89 (EMC Title 19), as amended, with a new subsection to be added to the B-3 zone for Upper Story Wall Signage and amending other related sections in the zoning code. (3rd and final reading and public hearing on 11-5-14) (3) CB 1410-49 — 2nd Reading- Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending Sections 1, 2 and 4 of Ordinance No. 3380-14 which authorized a Pilot Project for Micro-housing or Trinity Lutheran College Students at the Southwest corner of Oakes and California. (3rd and final reading and public hearing on 11-5-14) CONSENT ITEMS: (4) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,149,413.74 for the period of October 11, 2014 through October 17, 2014. (5) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $4,046,506.85 for the period ending October 10, 2014. (6) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing electronic transfers against the City of Everett in the amount of $5,895,104.11 for the period of September 1, 2014 through September 30, 2014. (7) Authorize the closure of Colby Avenue, 24th to 25th Street, for a Food Drive Delivery Day on November 25, 2014, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., sponsored by Everett High School.
