Fryer Usage Letter <br />This letter is used to show that the fryers will only be operated when the roll up <br />window is open. When the roll up door is open the recommended 400ft of fresh <br />air will be presenc ;vhen the fryers are in use. There is only one roll up door at the <br />3rd base concession stand. The roll up window is approximately 5 ft from where <br />the fryer will be placeci. 7he roll up door must be open during all stages of the <br />frying process which include pre heating, frying products and the cool down <br />process. <br />The Signature below states I(Nick Reuter) will take full responsibility for making <br />sure the roll up window is open during any of the frying processes. <br />Nick Reuterf��� � �—� <br />
