This information is based on the City of Everett <br />publication, "On-Site Detention Requirements", <br />From City Requirements <br />Table �1 Combined sewer outside downtown 10 year pre- <br />development storm; 10 year post-development storm. <br />Table �2 Slope generally averages approximately 2%. Existing <br />area is 33,102 SF (.76 acre) impervious. Allowable <br />release rate for impervious is 1.32 cfs/ac.
