<br /> The Police range bullet trap is in need of repair. Over time,mass and energy producing heat has resulted in
<br /> plate deformation of the bullet trap system which prevents the capture of the bullets in their entirety,allowing
<br /> bullet remnants to bounce back and potentially hit the officers. The cost to repair the bullet trap,including all
<br /> parts,labor,lead clean-up/disposal is$97,425 including sales tax.

<br /> budget authority'to pay storm claims. The source of funds are transfers in from the Utility fund.
