• <br /> S' <br /> iordp, <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1't!5 d L <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, <br /> "Grand Avenue Park Pedestrian Bridge,"Fund 303, Program 103, <br /> to accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett is committed to a planned public amenities and parks <br /> improvement program; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett has identified the need and obtained funds to design certain <br /> improvement in the vicinity of Grand Avenue Park; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303,Program 103, entitled "Grand <br /> Avenue Park Pedestrian Bridge,"to accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br /> Program 103, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> • <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the"Public Works Director" or"City Engineer,"under <br /> direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and <br /> doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$600,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303,Program 103, "Grand Avenue Park <br /> Pedestrian Bridge,"as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Design $ 600,000 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 600.000 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> Fund 154—CIP 3 $ 600,000 <br /> Total Estimated Funds $ 600.000 <br /> 32 <br />
