• <br /> 15 <br /> The remainder of such recovery,if any,will be applied to satisfy any and all amounts paid by the <br /> Company under the Policy.Section XV. Recoveries of the General Terms&Conditions Section is <br /> amended to the extent necessary to effect the foregoing. <br /> 6. The Company has no obligation to renew the Policy. If the Company does not renew the Policy it <br /> will deliver or mail at least forty-five(45)days advance written notice of non-renewal to the Parent <br /> Corporation. Such notice will state the reason for non-renewal. No notice of non-renewal is <br /> required by the Company if the Parent Corporation fails to pay any advance premium for renewal <br /> or has obtained coverageelsewhere or if the Company has provided renewal terms. Section XIX. <br /> Termination of Policy of the General Terms&Conditions Section,paragraph(A)(2), is amended <br /> to the extent necessary to effect the foregoing. <br /> 6. Any notice of cancellation by the Company will also be sent to any mortgagee,pledgee or other <br /> person identified on the Policy,other than an insured,as having an interest in Loss under the <br /> Policy. <br /> 7. If the Company increases the premium upon renewal for a reason other than an increase in <br /> coverage or exposure base,or if the terms of renewal will materially restrict or reduce coverage <br /> and have not been specifically requested by the Parent Corporation,the Company will deliver or <br /> mail at least twenty(20)days advance written notice thereof by first class certified mail,to the <br /> Parent Corporation at its last known address. <br /> The Policy will be deemed to have been amended to the extent necessary to effectuate the purposes of <br /> this Amendatory Endorsement <br /> The regulatory requirements set forth in this Amendatory Endorsement shall supersede and take precedence over <br /> any provisions of the Policy or any endorsement to the Policy,whenever added,that are inconsistent with or contrary <br /> to the provisions of this Amendatory Endorsement,unless such Policy or endorsement provisions comply with the <br /> applicable insurance laws of the state of Washington. <br /> All other terms,conditions and limitations of this policy shall remain unchanged. <br /> Cc,___1D_St <br /> Authorized Representative <br /> 14-02-4231 (O7t2DO1 ed.)
