.l " <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> • <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project <br /> entitled,"2010 ARRA Overlay Program,"Fund 303, <br /> Program 088 as established by Ordinance No. 3179.10 , <br /> WHEREAS,the special improvement project entitled"2010 ARRA Overlay Program,"Fund <br /> 303, Program 088;was established to provide identified improvements;and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished;and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled"2010 ARRA Overlay Program"Fund 303, <br /> Program 088,as established by Ordinance No. 3179-10,be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"2010 ARRA Overlay Program,"Fund 303, <br /> Program 088,are as follows: <br /> A.
