(7) CB 1411-51 —3rd and final Reading —Adopt the Proposed Ordinance approving the appropriations of the 2014 revised City of Everett Budget and amending Ordinance No. 3402-14. (8) CB 1411-52 — 3rd and final Reading —Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled, "Grand Avenue Park Pedestrian Bridge," Fund 303, Program 103, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. (9) Adopt Resolution authorizing recovery of abatement costs pursuant to EM 1.20.090 at 2620 Rucker Avenue. (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interagency Agreement between Administrative Office of the Courts and the Everett Municipal Court to allow continued participation in the state funded interpreter reimbursement program for the 2015 fiscal year. (11) Adopt Resolution establishing Human Needs Priorities for 2015 Human Needs Grant funding. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Washington Youth and Families Fund Memorandum of Understanding.
