<br /> AN ORDINANCE changing the names of certain streets in the Plat of
<br /> roues First Addition to Everett, Plat of Beverly Park, Plat of
<br /> Beverly Viewlands Div, Nu, 1, Plan of the Town of Lowell, Plat of
<br /> Pinehurst, Plat of Pinehurst Div. "B", Plat of Pinehurst Div. "G",
<br /> Buena Vista Home Tracts, Plat of Intercity Div. No. 1, Ramstads
<br /> First Add. to the City of Everett, Hewitt Heights Add. to Everett,
<br /> Cascade Mountain View Tracts, Legion Park Add. to Everett Div. No.
<br /> 2, Plat of Broadway Heights Div. No, 1, Mount Baker View Add.,
<br /> Holly Crest, and Plat of View Acres, and establishing the names of
<br /> unnamed streets in Plat of Pinehurst, Plat of Pinehurst Div. "A",
<br /> Plat of Pinehurst Div. "B", Replat of Pinehurst Div. "A", Plat of
<br /> Pinehurst Div. "D", Plat of Pinehurst Div. "E", Beverly Home Sites
<br /> Div. No. 1, Buena Vista Home Tracts, Plat of Beverly Park, Tosland
<br /> Half Acre Garden Tracts, Plat of Evergreen Glenn, Sines Acre Tracts,
<br /> and Beverly Home Tracts Div. No. 2, according to plats recorded
<br /> in the office of the Auditor of Snohomish County, Washington and
<br /> other maps of record and repealing all ordinances or parts of
<br /> ordinances in conflict therewith.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN:
<br /> Section 1: That the name Fisher Street in said city as recorded in
<br /> the Plat of Langes First Add. to Everett lying between Colby Ave. and Oakes Ave.
<br /> be changed to Sixtieth Street
<br /> Scction 2: That the name Maryland Drive in said city as recorded in
<br /> the Plat of Beverly Park and the Plat of Beverly Viewlands Div. No. 1 and the
<br /> unnamed right-of-way lying between said plats, all of which lies between Xavier
<br /> Way and the street commonly called Broadway Cut-Off, be changed to Eighty-fourth
<br /> Street.
<br /> Section 3: That the name Washington Street in said city as recorded
<br /> in the Plan of the Town of Lowell lying between 2nd Street and 4*h Street be
<br /> changed to Fifty-second Street.
<br /> Section 4: That the unnamed street in said city being the south 40
<br /> ft. of Lots 23, 24, and 25 in the plat of Beverly Home Tracts Div. No. 2 running
<br /> east from Beverly Lane be named Seventy-sixth Street.
<br /> Section 5: That the name Madison Avenue in said city as recorded on the
<br /> Plat of Pinehurst, Plat of Pinehurst Div. "B", and Plat of Pinehurst Div. "C"
<br /> lying between Wetmore Ave. and Third Ave. be changed to Madison Street.,
<br /> Section 6: That the name Alder Drive in said city as recorded in the
<br /> Plat of Buena Vista Home Tracts extending easterly from Paine Ave. be changed to
<br /> Seventy-fourth Place
<br /> Section 7: That the name Broadway Cut-Off in said city as recorded
<br /> on the Plat of View Acres and Plat of Broadway Heights Div. No. 1 and the unnamed
<br /> street commonly called Broadway Cut-Off running through or adjacent to the Plat
<br /> of Pinehurst, Plat of Pinehurst Div., "A", Replat of Pinehurst Div. "A", Plat of
<br /> Pinehurst Div, "B", Plat of Pinehurst Div. "D", Plat of Pinehurst Div. "E", Buena
<br /> Vista Home Tracts, and Plat of Beverly Park from 41st St. to the boundary line of
<br /> Primary State Highway No. 1 Limited Access be balled Broadway.
<br /> Section 8: That the name Broadway in said city as recorded on the Plat
<br /> of Intercity Div. No. 1 and the unnamed street, commonly called Broadway Cut-Off,
<br /> which lies between the south line of Section 13-28-4 and the boundary line of
<br /> Primary State Highway No. 1 Limited Access be called Diagonal Way
