ORDINANCE NO. y4,4 b /o AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of: W 1 NTON AVENUE from Fifth Street tb Seventh Street, WAYNE AVENUE from Fifth Street to Eighth Street, WAVERLY AVENUE from Fifth Street to south line of Legion Park Addition to Everett Division No. 2, FIFTH STREET from west line of Legion Park Addition to Everett Division No. 2 to Legion Drive, SIXTH STREET from Waverly Avenue to Winton Avenue, SEVENTH STREET from Waverly Avenue to Legion Drive, EIGHTH STREET from Waverly Avenue to the existing improvement westerly of U.S. Highway 99 north, LEGION DRIVE from Eighth Street to Fifth Street, UNNAMED STREET (extension of Legion Drive) , from Fifth Street north to north line of Legion Park Addition to Everett, Division No. 2, and UNNAMED STREET from Legion Drive to the existing improvement westerly of U.S. Highway 99 north across Lot 58 Legion Park Addition to Everett, Division No. 2 by the construction of an asphaltic concrete pavement (36 feet in width including gutters) except the unnamed street north from Fifth Street to north plat line of Legion Park Addition to Everett, Division No. 2, shall be 32 feet in width (including gutters) ; Eighth Street, from Legion Drive south to the existing improvement westerly of U.S. Highway 99 north shall be 21 feet in width (including gutters) , the existing pavement shall remain in place, the unnamed street south from Legion Drive across Lot 58, Legion Park Addition to •Everett, Division No. 2 to the exist- ing improvement westerly of U.S. Highway 99 north, shall be 38 feet in width (including gutters) ., the existing pavement shall ✓ emain in place; on that portion of Legion Drive between Eighth Street and the southwesterly line of Lot 59 extended north- westerly, the existing pavement shall remain; by the c onst ruc - tion of P.C. concrete curbs and gutters, by the installation of n ecessary drainage facilities, by the construction, or recon- struction, where necessary, of all sewers, side sewers, water mains, and hydrants with necessary appurtenances, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer, and in accordance with Resolution No. 6738, of the City of Everett, creating a Local Improvement District; creating a Local Improvement District fund therefor; and pro- ✓ iding for the payment of said improvement by special assessments on the property in said district under the mode of payment bonds.
