Please review and <br /> respond to the comments below. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br /> Building Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections <br /> requested. Please include a response letter that indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br /> General <br /> 1. The temporary office buildings are required to conform to current codes of egress and <br /> accessibility per Section 3103.1.1: <br /> a. At least one accessible route (path and ramp) must be provided to each building. <br /> Sections 11042 & 1104.3 <br /> b. Handrails are required on each side of the stairs. Section 1011.11 <br /> c. Landings are required at the bottom of the stairs. Section 1011.6 <br /> d. The lowest stair riser must be within 3/8"height of each stair within the stairway. <br /> Section 1011.5.4 <br /> 2. The size of each trailer should be shown on the plans. Section 107.2.1 <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), the 2015 International Fire <br /> Code (IFC), the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2015 Washington State <br /> Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of <br /> Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible and <br /> Usable Buildings and Facilities" (ICC/ANSI A117.1). Federal ADA regulations and standards may <br /> be more restrictive. These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or <br /> additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Traffic, Planning or Fire).
