Further investigation revcaie�+ that the sub-grade soils in this area were overly moist <br /> and thus had penelrated inlo ihe CSTC layer, At our request and wilh concurrence ot Mr.Tom Keams of Dowl <br /> Engineer,, ICI removeA lhe unsuitable sub-�rade sails and replaced them wilh CSTC. A�so, Jack Carlock of HWA <br /> recommended to Mr. Toai Keams of Dowl Engineers thal in place section of the abandoned curb and gutler(remnants <br /> oi Mapic Stre,el), crossing Ihe eastern entrance lo lhc parking area be removed because it was proWding into the <br /> gr.�de. Mr, Keams concurred and directcd ICI to removc ihe approximalcly 20 feet of abandoned curo and gutter.
