February 19, 2020 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., <br /> February 19, 2020, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. Moore Historic <br /> City Hall,Council President Tuohy presiding. Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor <br /> Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, Stonecipher, and <br /> Tuohy were present. Council Member Moore was excused. <br /> Mayor Franklin led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the February 12, 2020, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. Council Members Roberts and Vogeli abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin had no comments. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Roberts spoke about the 27th Annual Wendt and Mayor's Arts <br /> Awards ceremony. He also provided a liaison report on his attendance at the Delta <br /> Neighborhood meeting. Council Member Roberts reported on his attendance at <br /> the Globe Forum in Vancouver, BC. He also provided a recap from the General <br /> Government Subcommittee meeting held earlier this evening. <br /> Council Member Vogeli reported on her attendance at the Westmont-Holly <br /> Neighborhood meeting. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher provided a liaison report from the Library Board <br /> meeting. <br /> Council Member Murphy stated he attended the 27th Annual Wendt and Mayor's <br /> Arts Awards ceremony. He also reminded the public about an online tool provided <br /> by the Snohomish County Assessor that shows a breakdown on the property taxes. <br /> 411 <br /> 48 <br />
