EVERETT <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7493 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of the north-south alley together with the <br /> southern east-west alley located in the 2900 Block lying between Pine Street and Maple <br /> Street. <br /> WHEREAS,the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of the north-south alley together with <br /> the southern east-west alley located in the 2900 Block lying between Pine Street and Maple Street, and <br /> more legally described as: <br /> The alley lying within Block 695 Everett Land Company's First Addition to Everett, according to the plat <br /> thereof recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, Page 20, records of Snohomish County, Washington; Together <br /> With; The alley lying westerly of lots 27 through 30, inclusive; and lying easterly of lots 11 through 14, <br /> inclusive, all in Block 695 Swalwell's Second Addition to Everett, according to the plat thereof recorded in <br /> Volume 3 of Plats, Page 11, records of Snohomish County, Washington. <br /> Situate in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 29 North, Range 5 <br /> East,W.M.;and The Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20,Township 29 North, Range <br /> 5 East, W.M., City of Everett, Snohomish County, Washington. <br /> Containing 17,718 Square Feet, 0.41 Acres, more or less. <br /> have petitioned for the vacation of said right of way; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that City Council shall, by resolution,fix a date for public hearing on <br /> said petition; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF EVERETT that a public hearing <br /> be set for April 8th,2020,at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 3002 Wetmore Avenue,to consider <br /> th proposed vacation of aforesaid right-of-way as herein described. <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this 11 day of March 2020. <br /> Council Presâś“ <br />
