I met with the City of Everett's Building Department and have corrected <br /> the area in question, it is to the north side of the house at 2713 Walnut St. I just <br /> wanted to make sure we are correcting the notice to comply area. <br /> I have also met with architects at 2812 and are addressing the requirements <br /> to be in compliance with the parking issue that is required standards and we will be <br /> obtaining permits for the use of the residence. <br /> The notice to comply asked for a completion date of May 31st, 2018. After our <br /> meeting with the city it was determined that I would need to apply for an <br /> extension. This is the premise for this letter we are working on it and will continue <br /> to do so till the projects are completed. <br /> Thank you for your help in the matter.
