Please include calculations from a professional engineer which verify that the structural design of the projecting wall sign, materials, and the methods of attachment are sized sufficiently and designed to resist forces from wind, gravity, and seismic loading, per IBC 1603.1. 2. Please indicate the specific type of attachment, the overall number of attachments, and depth of the attachment into the specific type of wall or canopy construction that will be supporting the sign. These comments address building issues only. Revisions or additions may be required by other departments (Utilities, Public Works, or Planning).
