0 <br /> March 25, 2020 <br /> Agreement between the City of Everett and Snohomish County Public Utility <br /> District. <br /> AGREEMENT—ARLINGTON MUNICIPAL AIRPORT USE <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign the Arlington Municipal Airport Use Agreement <br /> regarding use of the airport for driver training purposes, at no additional cost to <br /> the City of Everett. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> • COUNCIL BILL 2003-15 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No 2784-04, to align motorized <br /> scooter regulations with Bicycle regulations and other State Laws related <br /> to motorized foot scooters <br /> Discussion ensued regarding speed limits, sidewalk safety, and allowable city <br /> streets for scooters. <br /> Ryan Sass, Public Works, stated he would provide a city street speed limit map to <br /> Council. <br /> Council Member Murphy stated he would be voting no due to safety concerns. <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council Member Moore, <br /> that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. 2003-15, <br /> and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> • <br /> 95 <br />
