EVERETT WASHINGTON City of Everett Human Needs Grant January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020 Exhibit B Terms, Conditions and Projected Budget Organization & Program: Snohomish County Legal Services: Domestic Violence and Family Law Clinic Will spend the funds received for the specific purposes of: Legal Aid to Low Income Everett Residents, who are disabled, elderly,youth,with limited English skills, or otherwise vulnerable and have legal needs that impact their ability to meet their daily needs for shelter and food, by assisting them in legal actions involving consumer, debtor-creditor,bankruptcy, or family law that will help them maintain a home and have adequate income to provide for themselves and their families. For the purposes of this grant, a unit of service is defined as: One unit equals one hour of session time per client or one staff or attorney contact hour with client. Snohomish County Legal Services: Domestic Violence and Family Law Clinic anticipates this grant will fund a total of 1300 units of service for 185 (unduplicated count) Everett residents each year(define period—month, quarter, etc.) Snohomish County Legal Services: Domestic Violence and Family Law Clinic anticipates its budget for the year 1/1/2020 through 12/31/2020,by quarters,will be: First Qtr.
