Everett will rest on the mobility benefits accrued by following the pathway to a unified system, which
can be comparable. There will be some city-specific financial considerations for Everett to be aware of if
the unified option is identified as the preferred option. The model will seek to represent those financial
considerations on an equal basis. However, the full financial outline of transit service in the City of
Everett under the Unified Option will not be developed to a directly comparable level.
Deliverables: Documented City of Everett financial model with each alternative documented and
carried out to 2040.
White paper to denote issues of significance between the models.
Overall Timing
Presented below is a very simple timeline that finishes this scope of work in late November, 2020. The
Council Workshops are intended to be briefings on the various aspects of the planning scenarios and
reports on just completed outreach efforts.
