Bidders shall inspect the Site of the Work and carefully review the Contract <br /> I Documents to satisfy themselves, by personal examination, physical testing, or <br /> by such other means as they may prefer, of the location of the proposed Work, <br /> the actual physical conditions of and at the Site, surface and subsurface <br /> I conditions, and conditions ordinarily to be encountered and generally recognized <br /> as inherent in the Work.
