1 City of Everett 002113 - 7 <br /> I2020 Biosolids Removal UT3705-11 <br /> C. Acceptance of Bid <br /> 1. Within 60 days after the opening of Bids, the City will act either to accept <br /> the Bid from the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder, or to reject all Bids. <br /> The City reserves the right to request extensions of such Bid acceptance <br /> I period. The acceptance of a Bid will be evidenced by a written Notice of <br /> Award of Contract delivered in person or by certified mail to the Bidder <br /> whose Bid is accepted, together with a request to furnish a performance <br /> I and payment bond and evidence of insurance and to execute the Contract <br /> set forth in the Contract Documents. <br /> 2. Bidder has 14 calendar days after receiving the Notice of Award to submit <br /> I the following documents to the City: <br /> a. Two (2) executed copies of the Contract. <br /> b. Contract bond or equivalent performance and payment bond per <br /> I SECTION 007200, Part 15.2 "Bonds", of the Contract Documents. <br /> c. Certificate of Insurance and additional insured endorsement, <br /> SECTION 007200, Part 15.3 "Insurance", of the Contract Documents. <br /> I 3. A Contract shall not be formed until the Contract Documents are signed by <br /> the Mayor. <br /> 1 1.14 TIME OF COMPLETION <br /> I A. The Contractor shall complete the Work on or before the date or dates specified <br /> in Section 005213 - CONTRACT. <br /> I1.15 WAGES <br /> All laborers, workmen, or mechanics in each trade or occupation employed in the <br /> IA. <br /> performance of the Contract either by Contractor, Subcontractor, or other person <br /> doing Work shall be paid not less than the prevailing rate of wage as defined in <br /> RCW 39.12.010. Current prevailing wage rates may be found on line at <br /> Ihttp://www.lni.wa.gov/TradesLicensing/PrevWage/WageRates/.
