With the addition of the following <br />!terns, the plans are approved. <br />I. All food service equipment shall meet the requirements of the <br />National Sanitation Foundation, N.S.F., or equivalent. <br />%. Your plans did not include what type of rei "igeration/freezer <br />units will be installed in your food preparation and cooking <br />area. Domestic units will not be approved. <br />3. Your plans did not include any hot holding equipment for <br />preparation/cooking areas. We can only assume food will not <br />be held hot in this establishment. <br />4. A handwaning sink is needed in the front service area. Submit <br />proposed location. <br />5. There shall be no direct connections between the sewerage <br />system and any drains originating from the bar glasswasher, <br />dishwasher, food preparation sink, !can maker, jockey box, and <br />walk-in cooler. <br />n. The interior of the walk-in cooler is classified as "splash <br />zone". The surfaces must be smooth and of an easily cleanable <br />and corrosion resistant material, paint is not to be used. <br />
