APPENDIX A <br /> SUBSURFACE EXPLORATION <br /> ES-2432 <br /> The subsurface conditions at the site were explored by drilling two borings at accessible <br /> portions of the development envelope. The subsurface explorations were completed in June <br /> 2012. ESNW also reviewed the previous boring log prepared by ADaPT included in the <br /> referenced report. The approximate boring locations are illustrated on Plate 2 of this report. <br /> Logs of the borings are provided in this Appendix. The borings were excavated to a maximum <br /> depth of 16.5 feet (ESNW) and 39.25 feet (ADaPT) below existing grades. <br /> Earth Solutions NW, LLC <br />
