The extension you granted was greatly appreciated. Currently, we are preparing the
project for bidding next week and after bids are submitted, we will only have approximately
3 weeks left to remove and replace our tanks as previously proposed under permit #921011.
In view of the many tank projects Texaco has undergone from Federally mandated
requirements, scheduling for these tank replacements has been difficult. We request the City
of Everett grant a 45 day extension for the above project in order for us to properly
complete construction within our allowable permit timeframe.
If you have any questions, please give me a call at (206) 746-4677.
Sincerely,
ROBF, H.
