• <br /> April 8, 2020 <br /> The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, Stonecipher, <br /> Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: None <br /> Ordinance 3746-20 adopted. <br /> Mayor Franklin provided an update on city efforts and operations during the <br /> COVID-19 pandemic. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Vogeli asked if the City was currently accepting donations for <br /> personal protective equipment (PPE) and masks for the community and staff on • <br /> the front lines. <br /> Mayor Franklin stated that more information on where to donate PPE and masks <br /> will be forthcoming. <br /> Council Member Vogeli also provided an update from the Westmont-Holly <br /> Neighborhood meeting. She discussed the idea of Wi-Fi share, where current <br /> closed businesses open their Wi-Fi for those who don't have access at home. <br /> Council Member Vogeli stated that Correct Casino Road opened their food pantry. <br /> She also stated she attended her first Passover Seder via Zoom and expressed <br /> support to all those observing Passover remotely. <br /> Council Member Moore thanked the first responders and the staff working during <br /> the pandemic. He also stated that similar to the meals available through the school <br /> districts, many school districts also have computer hardware available to students <br /> and families, such as Chromebooks and Wi-Fi hot spots.
