Hi Andy, I saw that you submitted revised site plans—thank you.Are you calling the ssmh the benchmark for the height calculations? It's not very clear. Also, I noticed the proposed duplex on lots 31-33 has now been submitted meaning development of this property should only cover lots 29-30;the legal description and lot coverage by building calculations should be revised accordingly.We can keep the other site plan in the PW file as a point of reference for the new driveway since it crosses the "new" property line. Has the County been contacted about new parcel numbers already?
