It's not very clear. <br /> Also, I noticed the proposed duplex on lots 31-33 has now been submitted meaning development of this property <br /> should only cover lots 29-30;the legal description and lot coverage by building calculations should be revised <br /> accordingly.We can keep the other site plan in the PW file as a point of reference for the new driveway since it crosses <br /> the "new" property line.
