Please
revise the site plan and elevation plan sheets accordingly(and provide a base elevation survey if necessary). For either
project, you are welcome to stop by the Permit Services counter to redline this information (to scale)on the plans, or
you can provide new sheets.
Please note:a school impact fee is required for the new SFR at 2325 Adams. The required fee, if paid in 2018, is$6950. If
the fee is not paid until 2019, the required fee is$14,250. Payment of the fee is typically requested at time of Permit pick-
up/issuance however you may pay the fee prior to permit approval/issuance, if you choose to do so.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
2017/2018 School Impact Fee Schedule
2019 School Impact Fee Schedule
Building Height Handout
CELEBRATING#4A.4 Kelsey Heyd
125 Assistant Planner 1 Community, Planning& Economic Development
YEARS 425.257.7275 1 3200 Cedar Street, 2"d Floor, Everett,WA 98201
A story worth telling everettwa.gov/planning 1 Facebook 1 Twitter
Note:Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be subject to disclosure pursuant to the Public
Records Act.
From: Kelsey Heyd
Sent:Wednesday, December 12, 2018 4:28 PM
To: 'pavelgpa@gmail.com'<pavelgpa@gmail.com>
Subject: Proposed SFR-2321 Adams-C1809-003
Hi Pavel,
I am trying to finish up my review of the proposed single-family residence at 2321 Adams and I need some additional
details about the proposed height of the structure. The maximum height allowed is 28'—measured from the average
base elevation to the peak of the roof. The proposed height is not specified on the site plan or elevation plan sheets as
required by the building height handout. I need these details called out on the site plan and elevation plan sheet before
I can sign off on the permit.Additionally, if the proposed height is within 1 foot of the maximum allowed, a base
elevation survey is required now prior to permit issuance and a height survey will be required at time of framing—if
needed, both forms are included in the building height handout linked above.
If you have any questions, please let me know and I'm happy to be of assistance.
1
