If there are still two owners of the subject property,they both need to sign the certificate and covenant. <br /> Additionally,the county will charge extra to record documents when there is writing in the 1" margins.To avoid an <br /> additional charge, please ensure all writing is outside of the margins—particularly on the cover page of the Covenant. <br /> The ADU checklist is linked below with the Certificate and Covenant documents starting on Page 5. For reference,the <br /> Permit and Project Number are C1904-016 and REVI19-012.
