maria@marialuchsinger.com
From: johnnyluchsinger@aol.com
Sent: Monday,August 26, 2019 10:46 AM
To: maria@marialuchsinger.com
Subject: Fwd:Access from road on side of House
Attachments: 6325 BLUFF PLACE NEW AND EXISTING DRIVE 2 .pdf; PublicWorks Permit
Application(1-7-2019) Luchsinger Both Drives.pdf; image001.png
Hi John,
Unfortunately we are not able to accept emailed permit applications. All applications must be submitted in hard
copy at the permit counter. You will need to print out your permit application and submit it along with two
copies of your site plan in order to make a complete application. Your driveway exhibit looks feasible to permit,
however you will need to call out the proposed material of the driveway and the apron. The driveway apron
must be concrete and it must meet City Standards. The particular driveway apron that you plan on installing
must be called out on the site plan. Please see our 300 series (#315, 316, 317) to determine which apron you
will be installing (most likely#316 due to grade at back of sidewalk). A link to our Design &Construction
Standards is here: https://everettwa.gov/1531/Desiqn-Construction-Standards. Please note that these
additional site plan notes do not need to be drafted and can be added in by pen after printed. Once you have
added these required elements to the site plan, please submit at the permit counter. We should be able to
process your permit over the counter in about 20 minutes.
Thank you,
1.11111 Sabrina Fandler, P.E.
1112 Associate Engineer I Permit Services
425.257.7813 13200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor, Everett, WA 98201
EVERETT Hours: Monday— Friday 7:30am-12:OOpm and 1:OOpm-4:OOpm
everettwa.qov/permits ( Facebook I Twitter
Note: Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be subject to disclosure pursuant to the
Public Records Act.
1
