Premise Identification - Premises shall be clearly identified by the correct address at the <br /> street entry. Buildings shall be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the <br /> access road. Individual apartments and suites, where applicable, shall be clearly and <br /> legibly identified from the access road. EMC 16.03, Section 505.1.1 (Address Posting <br /> Policy). Room numbers must be at least 2" to 3" high. Address on building must be <br /> 8" and visible from two sides on Colby Ave and 23rd Ave. <br /> 2. Access - O.K. as shown on the site plan reviewed. <br /> 3. One (1) Knox Box is required. 2015 IFC, 506.1. Order Knox Box#3270. <br /> 4. Knox fire department connection caps are required for all OUTSIDE FDC and standpipe <br /> connection points. Order two (2) FDC plugs #3043. Place orders at <br /> www.everettfire.orq. <br /> 5. Fire lanes shall be provided as required in Everett Municipal Code 46.44. Fire lanes shall <br /> be identified by red curbs with white stenciling stating "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE" and <br /> vertical signs stating "NO PARKING— FIRE LANE —TOW AWAY ZONE — EMC <br /> 46.28.130". Location shall be approved by the Fire Code Official. Fire lanes shall be <br /> determined upon site evaluation from Fire Marshal's Office. <br /> 6. Fire Hydrants - Locations as planned are acceptable. <br /> 7. Fire flow for this project is 1850 GPM. <br /> 1500 GPM <br /> + 300 Hose allowance <br /> =1800 GPM needed in hydrant area <br /> 8. Portable Fire Protection -A portable fire extinguisher with a minimum U.L. rating of <br /> 2-A:10-B:C shall be provided within 75 feet of travel on all floors of each building during <br /> construction and prior to occupancy. 2015 IFC, Section 906 <br /> 9.
