I was not able to find anything on <br /> the IBC2015 code that prevents from backing up to a van accessible parking when positioned on <br /> a 90deg angle. <br /> • All parking stall widths shall be 8'-3". All standard parking stalls are now 8'-3". <br /> • All parking stall lengths shall be 18'-6". All parking lengths are now 18'-6" <br /> • All parking stalls shall be labeled as "Standard". All parking stalls are labeled standard <br /> • The accessible stall and van stall can be reduced to 8'-0" in width. Accessible stall and van <br /> stall are now 8'-0" wide <br /> • Please label all ADA stalls as "Accessible Stalls"per the 2015 IBC. We use IBC standards <br /> rather than ADA standards for accessible parking. ADA label removed from plans. <br /> • Please check the 2015 IBC codes for 90 degree van stalls to see if back-in is acceptable. <br /> • CAD changes: please turn the alley/pavement lines off and turn on the property lines. <br /> Lineweight fixed. <br /> • The dumpster location can shift 1 stall to the west. Dumpster enclosure moved 1-stall west, <br /> see dimensions included <br /> • Screening is required around the parking area and can be a fence (may require shifting of <br /> parking stalls to fit 5-6" fence width). Coordinate with Grace for fencing details. I checked and <br /> the north and south property are already fenced in. See siteplan for notes.
