Stormwater shall be controlled according to the requirements of the 2010 Stormwater <br /> Management Manual and minimum requirements 1-9 apply(except MR#6 per Interim Policy <br /> 2-11), if submitted for permit prior to 1/1/2017.Ecology's 2014 SWMMWW will apply if <br /> submitted after 1/1/2017. <br /> c. Do not connect roof drains or other new impervious surfaces directly to the side sewer or <br /> lateral (see EMC14.08.180H).Discharge of surface water shall be to the storm drain system in <br /> the alley. <br /> 7. A new side sewer connection for both the existing and proposed apartment buildings must be provided <br /> and must be in conformance with City of Everett Standards. <br /> a. A sewer main extension in the alley is an acceptable proposal and will be reviewed in detail during <br /> formal permit application review.A 1-year bond may be required for the alley storm and sewer piping. <br /> 8. Frontage/roadway/pedestrian/bicycle improvements shall be provided as needed. <br /> . 9. Any broken or damaged sidewalk/public right-of-way shall be repaired/replaced in accordance with <br /> current City of Everett Standards and per the City Public Works Inspector. <br /> 10. All traffic control markings and devices on driveways within 50' of the right-of-way shall be MUTCD <br /> compliant. <br /> 11. Site access driveways shall comply with City of Everett standards. <br /> 12. Parking layout must be consistent with current City of Everett Standards,including but not limited to <br /> parking aisle widths and parking stall dimensions.Accessible parking stalls must meet all of City of <br /> Everett's adopted codes for accessibility. <br /> 13. Fire hydrants must be a minimum of 50' from any building and a maximum of 200'. <br /> 14. Due to separate fire alarm systems for each building and their separate requirements,a new addressing <br /> assignment will be required. The existing apartment building will be assigned 4220 Colby Ave Unit A <br /> and the proposed apartment building will be assigned 4220 Colby Ave Unit B. <br /> 15. This project will be subject to Transportation Mitigation in accordance with Ordinance 3387-14 (codified <br /> as EMC 18.40)and subsequent revision. The applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of the Ordinance <br /> and determine applicable mitigation fees and/or other requirements prior to building permit application. <br /> The actual charges and requirements shall be as per the information on the approved plans at the time of <br /> building permit issuance and the ordinance in effect at that time. <br /> 16. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with Ordinance 3095-08 <br /> (codified as EMC 14.08.135)and subsequent revision are applicable. These charges are based on <br /> projected water usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of the Ordinance <br /> and determine estimated charges prior to building permit application. The actual charges shall be <br /> computed by the Public Works Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to the <br /> information on the approved plans at the time of building permit issuance. <br /> 17. In general,please call out all utilities and site features in accordance with the specific type and standard <br /> drawing number listed in the City's current Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for <br /> Development. <br /> 18.
