However, I still have not received the <br /> Owner-Occupancy Certificate which is required prior to permit issuance.The certificate doesn't need to be recorded, <br /> just submit it at the Permit Counter with a transmittal sheet once it has been signed and notarized by you and your <br /> spouse. I have attached the form for your convenience. <br /> While reviewing the site plan and plan set again I realized there are still some dimensional inconsistencies. On the site <br /> plan,the lot dimensions still don't scale out to 75x150 and the setback(s)to the structure are different than what is <br /> labeled in the plan set.You note in the plan set there is a 5' setback to the existing structure and 7'-6" setback to the <br /> new addition but this isn't what is labeled on the site plan nor do the dimensions scale out.
